Our role
We acted on behalf of Space Intelligence during their Series A funding round. We collated information from a number of sources to prepare a clear and concise financial pack which was used for investor communications, management presentations and due diligence. The clarity of the information presented meant that discussions between investors and senior management were solely focused on the strategic direction of the business, with no time wasted reconciling disparate financial data. We were also engaged to contact potential investors, address their detailed financial questions and be the key point of contact in the due diligence phase.
